Can Pobric is located in Maçanet de la Selva, a village surrounded by pine and oak woodland. The house was built in 1850 and fully restored in 2011. It has a habitable area of 390 square metres spread over three floors. The house has up to 30 beds. The lower floor features two living rooms, two dining rooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms with bathtub. The other two floors, where the bedrooms are, include bathrooms with shower shared between several rooms.
The house is surrounded by woodland, at the entrance to which there is a basketball court, a football pitch and a children's play area with a trampoline, a zip line and a thatched hut. It also features a covered, wood-fire barbecue area with tables and chairs. The outdoor pool is surrounded by a lawn, a paved sundeck and a space with a small marquee, ideal for family celebrations.
