19th-century manor house that was restored in 2012, retaining many of the original architectural elements but adapted to the current needs of comfort. In the very spacious and light rooms guests can see fragments of old stone walls and beautiful wooden beams made from tree trunks. The décor is predominantly white and includes functional style furniture. The garden of the house, set among the backyards of neighbouring houses, is a cosy space.
The location of Porrera, surrounded by mountains and just twenty minutes from the beaches of the Costa Daurada, means that many different outdoor activities such as hiking or biking can be enjoyed. Wine lovers will enjoy visiting the wineries of the region, many of them of great architectural value. Falset, the capital of El Priorat, is only a 10-minute drive from the house. One of the most interesting visits is to the Cartoixa d'Escaladei.
