The house was built in 1930 and is located in the municipality of Llobera, in Solsona, at 885 metres above sea level. The house was completely renovated in 2011, retaining all of the typical architectural elements of the stone farmhouse, such as wooden beams or corner cabinets. The bathrooms are brand new and have been installed combining functional modernity and the rustic atmosphere of the surroundings. It has two bedrooms and outside there is a nice garden with a children's playground, barbecue and swimming-pool.
The surroundings of the house are calm, amid cultivated fields and forests. There are trails for hiking and mountain biking. The ski resorts of Port del Comte and Tuixén-La Vansa are about 40 kilometres to the north. Among the most interesting visits are the Monastery of Sant Pere de Graudescales, the Balma Guilanyà, Besora Castle, the Ecomuseu de la Vall d'Ora, the castle and the Montanya de Sal de Cardona, the Diocesan and Regional Museum of Solsona, the Romanesque crypt and the modernist cemetery in Olius, the Sanctuary of El Miracle and Pirineu de Canalda Zoo.
