The exterior walls of the house are made of stone in an effort to insulate the interior from the summer heat and winter cold. The stone walls include wooden windows, some with rounded arch, that are perfectly placed to bring maximum light into the rooms, achieving a very pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. The wooden porch is the ideal spot for enjoying the outdoors without worrying about the weather.
The surrounding meadows and woodland offer a landscape lacking in populated or urban areas. Proof of this isolation is that fact that some places in the area did not have electricity until, just a few years ago, solar panels were installed, hidden by trees on the limits of the estate. The interior is fully equipped and decorated in a rustic, basic and contemporary style with predominantly wooden furniture and wood-beamed, vaulted ceilings.
