Cal Niuet is a rural house located in the village of Arsèguel, region of Alt Urgell. The house can accommodate five guests and features two double bedrooms and one single. The house is located at an altitude of 950 metres, very near Parc Natural Cadí-Moixeró - a prime setting to enjoy the Pre-Pyrenean scenery and go hiking, fishing and mushroom picking. The geography of the area is ideal for mountain sports like skiing, canoeing, paragliding and mountain biking. Moreover, its central location provides easy access to the Valle de la Cerdanya to the east and Andorra to the northwest. Its proximity to the Valle de Bescaran and the town of La Seu d'Urgell offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy some outstanding examples of Romanesque architecture. The local cuisine is also one of the notable attractions of the area.
