Cal Contra has the feel of a traditional farmhouse with modern, rustic interior décor that is both simple and functional. It is distributed over two floors, with all shared areas and a bedroom adapted for disabled guests on the ground floor, while the other bedrooms are on the upper floor, leading off the hallway.
Outside, an area with a wooden roof provides shelter from bad weather and the strong summer sun, and features a barbecue, table and chairs for dining outdoors. The curved pool is enclosed by a wooden fence, and features a stone floor, loungers and deck chairs. Cal Contra is the perfect base for visiting the centre of Gelida and especially the historic medieval castle that is the town's architectural jewel.
