Beautiful country house-like manor located in the village of Palau-Saverdera. The building dates from 1856 and is a former barn, which has been completely renovated and modernised and can accommodate up to eight guests. It has a large living room with fireplace and sofa bed, a large kitchen with dining area and appliances, two bathrooms, a master bedroom with terrace and great views as well as a triple room with the possibility of adding an extra bed. The house features, among other facilities, a beautiful garden with porch and barbecue and two parking spaces.
The town is at the foot of the Verdera mountain range and is a natural balcony over the gulf of Roses. In the surroundingsguests can practice cycling, hiking in the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and the Parc Natural del Cap de Creus and water sports on the beaches of the Costa Brava. Palau-Saverdera is part of the wine and oil route of the Empordà along with other towns like Pau, Vilajuïga and Garriguella.
