It all began in January, 2012...when the farm featured a house dating from 1940 that was divided into two accommodations, one where the owners lived, the other for the tenants. Over the course of a year, the Ferrer-Romeo family refurbished the building, opening in 2013 as Masoveria Rural, the first and only rural tourism accommodation in the Ivars de Noguera village. The name is the result of combining the names of the couple's two children: Ferran and Martina.
The house features three double bedrooms and one triple, three bathrooms, kitchen and dining room with TV and hot tub. It also provides all the necessary extras for small children: cot, high chair and bath. The gardens are also well equipped, and include a pool, barbecue area, sand pit, trampoline, etc. Another featured attraction is the Parc de les Olors d'Ivars de Noguera, four hectares of surrounding land that includes three kinds plants: culinary, aromatic and medicinal. The “Ivars Aroma Park” has strong links to both geometry and music, and for this reason the numerous flower and plant beds are of different shapes.
